SNAP GENERAL ELECTION! IT'S GO TIME PEOPLE!

EVERYBODY STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING THERESA MAY HAS CALLED FOR A SNAP GENERAL ELECTION ON THE 8TH JUNE 2017. THIS IS IT PEOPLE, THIS IS OUR TIME.

Okay, aside from me completely freaking out and the labour party being all up in arms and caught off guard about this... this is huge! Maybe, for the labour party, now isn't the best time for an election, but we play with the hand that we have been dealt, we don't complain, we prepare, we fight back. I'd like to particularly highlight the 'Jeremy's Ten Pledges' statement that has been released, which really does outline what Labour want to do to this country. Up to now, all the tory party have done is lie and break promises, as we've seen from PM's questions this week, May is very proud of the record she has built up with the conservative party, but she is currently refusing, denying and avoiding televised debates with both Jeremy Corbyn and Nicola Sturgen. How can she claim to be the leader of a democratic society, when she is outright denying the opportunity for opposition to publically scrutinise and put her to the test in front of the public? The woman is simply a dragon, she claims to be centred, a party for everyone? No changes have been made to Tory benefit cuts and no improvements have been made to the NHS, education or social care... how can this be a party for all people? May claims to be a centre right leader, because she's not as extreme as Margaret Thatcher? She is measuring herself up against Maggie Thatcher of all bloody people? Seriously? That is like a racist claiming not to be a racist because they've never killed anyone from an ethnic minority? Her views and actions may not be as strong as Thatchers, but that doesn't make her any less right wing, or any more of a party for all people. She is not a party for all people, people are still dying through poor care under the NHS, children are still being denied school resources, good places in good schools and they're still being denied the education that they deserve. Students are still being denied affordable university education, the gap between the rich and the poor has never been bigger, and nothing is being done to stop it? Homelessness rates are at an all time high, more and more people are falling below the poverty line every day.

Besides the problems this government is causing at home, look at it on a world scale? Just last year, the conservative government backed president Assad, in air strikes on Syria, in order to apparently wipe out ISIS. Instead all we have seen is a series of outrageous, violent attacks on Syrian people, bombings left right and centre from the Syrian government itself, and from Russia, bombings and strikes that we're supported by Western Civilisation such as ourselves? Now all of a sudden, we are hiding behind America and agreeing with Trump's decision to go against the Syrian government after a recent chemical weapon attack. Effectively our message to the world, is that it's okay to kill innocent people, as long as you do it in a humane way. What kind of government thinks that this is an acceptable way to behave? AND STILL... not a single person has stood up to the disgusting way that Russia is treating homosexuals, which is an ongoing issue that seems to have been ignored by our government.

Speaking of issues being ignored, I see that the news have stopped reporting the struggle that refugees are having to go through? I assume it has decided that the lives of these people is yesterday's news now? Well no, I'm sorry to tell you people, but it's still happening, millions of people are still homeless, dying on the streets from the cold winter, disease and starvation. All because western countries bombed their country, drove them out of their homes and then refused them any refuge or safe place to be.

Behind all of this, we're leaving the EU, full steam ahead with no objective. No workers rights, no reassurance for people living abroad or people living and working in our country from other countries in Europe. No plan, once again the tory party have promised security, safety and a plan where everyone will be taken care of when leaving the EU and once again we are all left disappointed. Frankly, they're all full of shit. Oh and meanwhile, the SNP are driving forward with leaving the UK, leaving us alone, on a tiny island in the middle of the Atlantic ocean, ruled and 'cared for' by a party full of broken promises.

So you know what to do people, you know what needs to happen. We need change, someone to fight for equality, to see that no one is hungry or sick, to see that our children and our grandchildren are taken care of. Jeremy Corbyn with the labour party will be the change we need in the country, amongst all the chaos in the world, they will bring us peace. VOTE LABOUR 8TH JUNE 2017!!!!!!!!!!!
